Do You Care About The Sixers?

This is a genuine question to all of my Philadelphia Fans reading this. Do you actually care about the Sixers right now/going forward?

Like I have never been a huge NBA guy but I’ve tried to give the Sixers a real chance. There’s just nothing exciting going for this team right now, sure Maxey is great and maybe McCain will end up being great but we don’t know. Even them having the third overall pick it’s just like eh who cares.

A lot of it has to do with the fact that their superstar missed most of last season and who knows if he is even gonna be back but still there is just no real excitement around them.

Like had they won the draft lottery and we were getting Cooper Flagg I would be all the way back in. That’s not the case and now we don’t know what we will be getting with the 3rd overall pick if they even decide to keep it.

Maybe i’m just not seeing it, and if that’s the case I want you real true Sixers fans to give me a legit reason to care about this team going into next season.

I’ve seen some trade rumors involving them bringing in Kevin Durant and some other players but like even that doesn’t do anything for me. Like yea sure having KD would be cool, but he is also 36 years old and partnering him with Embiid and his health issues like what about that sounds promising? To me nothing.

I don’t know this is just a little rant that’s been on my mind and if any Sixers fans out there want to give me a reason to care for this team by all means sound off in the comments because I am looking for a reason to care.
